2 new catalogue brands on Shop Direct
Shop Direct, home of Littlewoods and Very catalogue have decided to create 2 new catalogue brands to replace 4 of their tried and trusted catalogues.
Isme catalogue is replacing Marshall Ward and here what they say :
Before we became isme, we were known as Marshall Ward. But after listening to all your suggestions and changing the collection to better suit your needs, we decided to change the name too. It really is the best of both worlds, because you get a collection all of your own, with the kind of 'tried and tested' customer service that only comes with experience.
K & Co. is replacing 3 catalogues; Empire Stores, Great Universal and Kays catalogue. Here's what they said :
In 2011, we brought together Kays, Great Universal and Empire Stores to create K&Co. It's inspired by you and built on over 100 years of home shopping experience. So K&Co is a collection all of your own – and you can expect the kind of 'tried and tested' customer service that only comes with time.
Let's hope these 2 new catalogue brands provide the same great customer care and fantastic product variety as Littlewoods and the 3 fantastic old catalogue brands.
